All lectures are free and open to the public. Synapse events take the form of lectures, exhibitions, workshops, and residencies. Dates and locations are listed under each event.
Programming includes visits to science and art studios, discussions with science and design faculty, and planning of future interactions. The development of the Fablab for the Biomimicry Research and Innovation Center (BRIC) at the University of Akron will provide a space for engaging artists and scientists in a collaborative maker space.
