In Fall 2010, students worked for five weeks at the Bath Nature Preserve in Bath Ohio developing Drawing and 3D projects focusing on mapping and forming a sense of place at the Bath Nature Preserve.
Students participated in discussions with Biologists and Cartographers from the University of Akron. Week 1-2 was mapping, sketching, photographing, and collecting from the site. Week 3-5 Students developed individual projects to reveal ways of navigating the ecosystem.

Photos, drawings, sculpture and manipulated maps were installed throughout the space to suggest moments in time either micro or macro views that the bird would encounter.
